About five years ago, I fell in love with yoga, which set me on a four-year adventure in Australia, deepening my connection to nature and self-awareness.

In 2021 I became a certified Usui Reiki Ryoho practitioner, delving into the world of energy and healing.

In early 2023, I obtained my Kundalini Yoga teacher certification in the heart of Rishikesh, India, and it was during this time that I delved into the transformative world of sound healing.
